Ginny Powell has a 30 year clinical background that includes work at health and mental health hospitals, with the military, family service associations, the developmentally disabled, schools, employee assistance programs, and various agencies. She has post-graduate intensive training in Gestalt Therapy, Play Therapy, EMDR, Ericksonian Clinical Hypnosis, Brief Solution-Oriented and Strategic Psychotherapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Lifespan Integration, Mindfulness and Meditation. She is a graduate of UCLA and San Diego State University.
