  Lorri A. Hilbert, Ph.D. is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has practiced for over 25 years. She is co-founder of the San Diego Center for Well Being. Her private practice with offices in Rancho Bernardo and Mission Valley focuses on individual, relationship and family psychotherapy, with a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults. Dr. Hilbert is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator who brings Dr. Brené Brown’s principles of cultivating a wholehearted life through authenticity, vulnerability, and self-compassion into her psychotherapy practice. She is a certified hypnotherapist, and her teaching experience includes parenting classes, pre-marital counseling classes and stress reduction courses. MICHELLE BECKER, M.A., LMFT
Michelle Becker, M.A., LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in San Diego, CA utilizing mindfulness and compassion based psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families and groups. She is Director of Compassion Programs at the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness where she also teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion. She is a teacher trainer and co-founder, along with Drs. Germer, Neff and Hickman, of the Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher Training. CASSONDRA GRAFF, M.S., LCSW
Cassondra Graff, M.S., LCSW is a graduate of Columbia University in New York and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in San Diego, CA. During nearly two decades as a licensed practitioner, she has worked in private practice and as a coach to other therapists. Trained through UC San Diego and UMASS Centers for Mindfulness and other programs, she integrates cutting edge scientific mindfulness and compassion- based approaches into psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families and groups. She is the Speakers Bureau Coordinator at UCSD Center for Mindfulness where she teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion. She is also co-developer of the Mindful Living for Couples program.
