I am trained in a number of psychotherapeutic techniques and specialize in somatic methods. These methods go beyond words to engage body, mind, feelings and spirit and invite the whole of the person to heal.  This integration frees energy from managing crippling symptoms to pursue healthy purpose and pleasure in life.
