I provide a wide range of services, including diagnostic evaluation; individual, marital and family psychotherapy; and parent guidance. My relationship with each patient is warm and personal, creating a safe and collaborative environment to successfully obtain treatment goals. I enjoy treating children, adolescents, adults and their families, working with them to build healthy relationships and successful lifestyles. My approach to therapy usually involves identifying the origins of various issues, working through any associated feelings, and developing successful strategies for leading a more fulfilling life. My formal training is very extensive. I obtained my doctorate in both clinical and developmental psychology (University of Maine), completed a pre-doctoral internship in child, adolescent and adult psychology (Emory University School of Medicine) and a post-doctoral fellowship in child and adolescent psychology (University of Michigan Medical School). | |
